Tom Kalsås

Tom Kalsås is part of Haver’s real estate practice and primarily advises on real estate law, planning and building law, contract law, and construction law.
He has extensive experience from private legal practice, the courts, public administration, and local and national politics, including as State Secretary at the Ministry of Transport and Communications and as a deputy member of the Norwegian Parliament. This experience has given him strong insight into the interplay between the private and public sectors and public decision-making processes.
