Sven Anders Stigen Drangsholt

Sven Anders Stigen Drangsholt works with general commercial law, with an emphasis on contract law, company law, transactions and real estate law (purchases, sales, leases and settlements). He has varied commercial law experience, primarily in relation to the business sector in northern Jæren. In the area of real estate, he has in recent years assisted private and public sector clients in several development projects.

His advice covers all stages of transaction processes, including choice of transaction form, due diligence, drafting of purchase agreements and agreements between owners (shareholder agreements), as well as assistance in relation to implementation of settlements.
