Sindre Oftedal works in the areas of real estate development and transactions, property rights and legal matters pertaining to agriculture. In this connection, Oftedal handles negotiations, disputes and legal proceedings. He is also a consulting lawyer for the Norwegian Agrarian Association and regularly gives lectures to agricultural organisations.
Oftedal has contributed to publications on agricultural and real estate law. He is co-author, with Ingrid Aasen, of Konsesjonsloven – lovkommentar (Commentary on the Concession Act). Together with lawyer Ine Knutsen Stenevik, he has also authored and revised Karnov’s commentary on the Concession Act.
