Strand worked as Deputy judge at Stavanger district court and Sør-Rogaland district court from 2021 to 2024. Through his tenure at the district court he gained extensive experience in a number of disciplines, for instance civil litigation, legal enforcement and debt settlement, bankruptcy and temporary injunctions.
