Kjersti Lunde

Kjersti Lunde primarily works on employment law and administration of bankruptcy and decedent estates and division of joint property. In the area of employment law, she assists municipalities, intermunicipal companies and enterprises with advice, negotiation and litigation. In recent years, she has also led private investigations for both private and public enterprises.

Lunde is regularly appointed as trustee by Sør-Rogaland District Court, in bankruptcy and decedent estates and division of joint property. She assists management, shareholders and creditors in connection with insolvency and restructuring. Furthermore, she works on succession, inheritance planning and settlement of estates.
