Finn Eide primarily assists enterprises and their owners with commercial legal advice relating to tax and company law, including restructuring, shareholder agreements, succession, M&A, as well as dispute resolution and litigation in the same areas of law. Finn has 30 years of experience in his areas of expertise and has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway since 2003.

Finn has written a number of articles in both Norwegian and international academic journals, he is a regular columnist in both Finansavisen’s tax column and Rosenkilden, and has taught tax law at UiB and UiS, in addition to having held a number of lectures, including for JUS and JUC. He has worked with most of the industries in the region and is well acquainted with the dynamics and needs of the regional business sector. Finn is open to accepting board positions in larger regional enterprises.
