Eli Sandanger primarily works in the area of employment law, but also with contract law, dispute resolution and litigation. Sandanger is a specialist in employment law and has more than 14 years’ experience with a broad range of employment law matters, including assisting the parties in working life in relation to individual and collective employment law. Sandanger has extensive experience with termination processes, dismissal, disciplinary reactions, working hour arrangements, cases of notification of censurable conditions and change management, focusing on employers’ management prerogative, project execution, interpretation of collective agreements, dispute resolution, employers’ relationships with trade unions, the Norwegian cooperation model, privacy, human rights and international employment law. She has also worked closely in relation to the oil and gas sector and has considerable knowledge regarding challenges and interactions between the business sector and working life in the region.

Sandanger is also widely used as a lecturer and also teaches on topics pertaining to employment law.
