Bjarne Bekkeheien primarily provides legal advice in relation to the building and construction industry. Bekkeheien has developed solid experience through involvement in various types of projects, both for contractors and construction clients. He regularly assists actors in the building and construction industry in our region regarding specific dispute matters and as legal adviser from the drafting of contract and throughout the project implementation, all the way to the final settlement.

Bekkeheien has litigated several final settlement disputes before the courts, and also has experience from alternative dispute resolution models in the area of construction law. He regularly holds courses and lectures in this field.
