Adrian Sørbø Mathisen

Adrian Sørbø Mathisen specializes in construction law, advising primarily clients in the building and civil engineering sectors.

He has extensive experience with major infrastructure, commercial, residential, energy and industrial projects, acting for both owners and contractors. His expertise covers traditional design–bid–build and design–build contracts, as well as alternative delivery models such as collaborative contracts.

Mathisen also advises on public procurement, regularly assisting both contracting authorities and suppliers throughout the tender process. He provides support across all project phases – from drafting and negotiating contracts to ongoing project advice, final settlements, and dispute resolution in and out of court.

He frequently delivers courses and lectures on construction law and related topics.
